By accessing and using this website, you are agreeing to follow and abide by the Terms set out below. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, it is advised that you should not continue to use this Website.


This website is set up to use a secure payment gateway for debit and credit cards, all orders will only be processed on receipt of full payment. All prices are quoted in £ sterling and includes VAT where applicable.


Orders take up to 14 working days, this DOES NOT include Sundays so please bear that in mind when placing your order but this is only approximate, unfortunately delays do occur so an exact date for dispatch will never been given.  Please allow up to 3 weeks during busy periods such as Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter etc., this allows time for me to make your item to order and delivery, if you need an item urgently, please do contact me in advance and I will try to help if possible.

The Products you order will be sent to the address you give at time of placing the order. If any of the details you have given in your delivery address are incorrect I accept no liability for your goods if you do not receive them. If you require your order to be sent to a different address after it has been returned then there may be a charge for posting it out again.

You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like the products sent directly to the recipient.

Whilst I make every effort to deliver goods on the day specified, I cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.

All my items are dispatched 1st Class or 2nd class Royal Mail. Larger items such as wooden boxes, advent calendars are sent via courier. If you have not received your items, you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you.

In the event that I reproduce an item for you, I reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.

I reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.


This policy does not apply to personalised goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel.

If you need to cancel you order for non-personalised items for whatever reason you can do so for most items within 7 working days, but this does not apply to items we have created personally for you including personalised items. You can notify me of a cancellation via email [email protected] within 7 working days and before the goods have been dispatched. Where items have already been created and dispatched you must return them in accordance with the Returns policy below.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply get in contact with me either via the contact page or social media page

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, I recommend that you send the parcel back to me using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.

Your rights to return the goods to me will not apply in the following circumstances:

•Any products that I have made, personalised or customised specifically for you

•If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production

If you return an item because it is defective, I will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to me.

By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or have ordered an incorrect size.

If Royal Mail or Courier have lost your item, refunds will not be issued, however a replacement identical to your order with same design will be sent once Royal Mail or Courier admit to the order being lost by them. (If there is no stock available of your chosen animal then you can chose one that is in stock)

Faulty item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact myself quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. I will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.


The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by my website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
